Goldens are such fun dogs, and they love water. Terry suggested we take her to a local stream this past weekend, and of course it took no coaxing to get her in the car for our short trip.
Once there she played in the stream, fetching sticks as Terry threw them upstream for her. I enjoyed taking the following photos of my silly pup. She never ceases to make me smile.......
After all that hard work, she obviously needed a drink.........
And the last part of her adventure involved walking across the stream on a foot bridge (the sign does say pedestrians only, which certainly includes dogs, right?)................
Lily reluctantly got back in the car, returned home, and slept the remainder of the day!
